Owner's Representative Services
Act as the owner’s advocate throughout project planning and execution. Maverick provides independent oversight and coordination to help protect the owner’s interests related to safety, quality, cost, schedule, communication, and project objectives.
Program & Project Management
Manage and coordinate project activities across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, inspections, and closeout. Our role is to keep responsibilities clear, issues visible, and the overall project moving.
Construction Management & Monitoring
Provide field-focused construction oversight, contractor coordination, constructability input, schedule monitoring, progress verification, issue tracking, and reporting during the installation and construction phases.
Shutdown & Outage Management
Coordinate contractors, vendors, equipment, schedules, and site activities during planned shutdowns, outages, retrofits, maintenance events, and facility upgrades. The goal is organized execution with clear communication and accountability.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate the parties required to execute the work, help clarify responsibilities, improve information flow, and reduce conflicts between trades, vendors, operations, and project stakeholders.
Project Reporting & Controls
Provide practical reporting that gives owners visibility into project status, schedule, cost, risks, action items, and contractor performance. Reporting can be tailored to the client’s internal requirements.
