Program & Project Management
We manage all components of large-scale projects including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, installations, and inspections. Our oversight responsibilities cover the entire project life cycle.
Maverick Industrial Group was established in March 2022 and is built on more than 25 years of combined industry experience in industrial construction, project management, operations, and project support.
Our approach is field-driven and owner-focused. We understand that successful projects require more than schedules and meetings—they require practical coordination between the people performing the work, the people operating the facility, and the leaders responsible for the final result.
Maverick’s mission is to provide experienced, field-driven project leadership that enables manufacturers, OEMs, general contractors, and industrial clients to execute projects with greater control, accountability, and confidence. We serve as an extension of our clients’ teams, managing contractors, coordinating resources, and driving safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance from routine maintenance and special projects through complex retrofits and large-scale capital programs. Built on strong industry relationships and proven construction leadership, Maverick delivers the people, processes, and expertise needed to successfully manage projects wherever our clients need us.
Practical experience with the realities of executing work in active industrial environments.
Our focus is the client's objectives and the overall success of the project.
Clear communication, documentation, reporting, and early visibility into issues.
Support can scale from short-duration shutdowns and special projects to longer-term capital programs.
Experience working across contractors, vendors, OEMs, field teams, and project stakeholders.
Use project and operational data to improve visibility, prioritize issues, and support better decisions.

We manage all components of large-scale projects including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, installations, and inspections. Our oversight responsibilities cover the entire project life cycle.

We manage the installation phase, performing constructability reviews on engineering designs and monitoring construction contractors and staff.
We work with all contractors and vendors to share information about who’s working on what to minimize confusion, save time, and maximize resources.
We share any systems issues (like closures) with management and employees well in advance as part of our ‘no surprises’ approach.
We take a 30-hour OSHA training course to make sure all the work we do meets OSHA regulations and is performed in a safe environment.
We produce weekly or monthly reports of all related expenses so you can make informed decisions.
